Abdul Samad

A qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked for the both big four and top ten accountancy firms. During his time in practice Abdul specialised in Audit, Forensic Accounting and Transactional services.

In his accountancy career spanning over 20 years, Abdul has also worked for two high profile PLC companies.

The extensive experience in both practice and industry has given Abdul a unique insight into many business sectors and the overriding importance of excellent client service.

Mohammed Yaseen

Accountant with over 15 years’ experience gained in some of UK’s major blue chip and SME organisations which have a national and international presence.

Specialist skills in management accounting, financial accounting, corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting and also systems and process development and implementation. Joined BAY Accountants Ltd in June 2012, has mainly focused on working with SME organisations and high net worth individuals assisting with tax investigations, and also supporting and advising on efficient group structures.

Raised in Birmingham, currently involved with various charitable and community based organisations. Enjoys outdoor activities including walking and mountain climbing.
